For orders outside of the Unites States, all duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will be assessed upon delivery. In order to provide our clients with brand new merchandise that has never been worn, we cannot accept returns. We have a strict no return/no refund/no exchange policy. This policy also applies to in-store purchases. You wouldn't want a dress that was returned back to us and we wouldn't send a dress out that was already "pre-owned". This is a standard policy for ALL special occasion dresses industry wide. We offer the best prices and service for our customers and we are more than happy answer any questions or assist you in anyway that may be helpful in making your final selection, however once the order is placed, all sales are final. If in case you decide to return a dress to us or refuse delivery or pick-up once your order is placed without a return authorization number, you will be charged 100% restock fee plus any shipping and rush fees. Sales tax (9.00%) applies only to orders shipped in the state of California. Your order will not be accepted until you agree to the terms set forth in this online policy. Once you check the box, your order can be processed and you will receive an order number.
